These tables are intended as a guide to the target scores needed to achieve the various classifications.
GNAS tables derive the handicaps and hence the classifications for each round by adding the appropriate expected scores for each distance.
As with all sets of averages, a low score on one dozen may be balanced by a higher score on another.
These derived tables are all for dozen scores and calculated to the nearest first decimal place. 
Some rounding also occurs in calculating handicaps and classifications so exact correspondence is not guaranteed for borderline cases for all rounds. They are for guidance only.
